The team needs a second directory, for reports: everyone drops their own and leaves the others alone. Set it up yourself.
The /srv/team/inbox directory already exists: owner root, group devs, rwxrwxr-x.
Set up the reports directory
Set up /srv/team/inbox: new reports in it get the devs group, only a report's author can delete or rename it, and everyone in devs can still drop their own reports there. Do not open writing to others.
