Final test: First steps

Read the output

The config is at /home/student/config/site.conf. Why did cat not find it?

$ pwd
/tmp
$ cat config/site.conf
cat: config/site.conf: No such file or directory

• A cat does not read files in subdirectories.
• B A path without a leading / was counted from /tmp.
• C The file belongs to someone else and needs root to read.
• D The file is gone, and config/site.conf is the right path.
