The same count, but for part of the requests: an SLI is chosen for what matters to the user.
The complaints are about orders and the cart, and those are the /api/ addresses that nginx passes to the backend. nginx serves the home page and static files itself, and they are fine: in the overall SLI their thousands of good answers dilute the outage. A customer whose orders did not open is not helped by a fast home page. The request path is the line's seventh field, $7.
Count the availability of orders and the cart
Count the availability for the last hour for the requests to /api/ addresses only, and put the percentage as one number in ~/sli/api.txt.
