The second site, docs.lab.test, is open over HTTP only so far. The certificate docs.crt and the key docs.key from Lab Issuing CA are already in /etc/nginx/tls. Turn on HTTPS yourself.
Turn on HTTPS for docs
Turn on HTTPS on 443 for docs.lab.test with the full chain (docs.crt, docs.key and lab-issuing-ca.crt are in /etc/nginx/tls), and send HTTP requests to HTTPS with the same path. The site's configuration is /etc/nginx/sites-available/docs.
